If Little thinks he's going to be a regular at Pompey he's deluded, especially in European games unless of course Harry give his reserves a run out in the early stages. He's gone for the money like Sidwell did and will probably end up playing as much football.

Yes, but at 33 years of age, and for a player that has been in the 2nd tier of English football for the vast majority of his career, you can't blame him for putting the financial security of his family before playing games and securing that last decent contract.

Agreed. And plus i don't believe that he will be able to cope with the speed of game that Pompey play.

Whereas we just trotted it around Tony Rougier-style in the Championship winning side?

Emerse Fae is probably still ahead of Henry in the cue.

You cannot blame the bloke for moving on.

Portsmouth is a progressive and successful club, and much bigger than Reading.

He'll get bigger wages there by far, although probably wont play much.

Glen deserves a chance at a big club, and not a smallish championship club, good luck to Glen at Portsmouth, that club's going places and little ickle reading isnt.

Disappointing, but not so surprising, one last hurrah in the premier trough! What price loyalty these days? What's worse is he wanted two years with us, was offered one, turned it down and has now accepted a one year contract with Pompey. I guess this demonstrates why 'hero-worship' is a waste of time!
