Is the first leg in Standard for Liverpool?

It would be good if Arsenal or Liverpool were knocked out at this stage, just to give Man Utd and Chelsea some more committed competition for the Premiership. Otherwise, this is an unbelievably boring competition.

FC Twente v ARSENAL

That's McLaren's new lot ain't it? So much for his venture into the Champions League! Still, there's always the Eriedivisie.

Schalke v Atletico is a great match-up. Probably each capable of getting through the group stages with the right draw. Gala v Steaua should be a fun contest as well.

I think Liverpool will win the Champions League beacuse we are the best at it and plus a night in anfield is great atmosphere and we get second legs at Anfield most of the time so it makes it a bit easier. YNWA
