Kes The only way is down.
If we don't replace these plays with adequate quality, yes, you're right.
And at the moment, Coppell still prefers age and experience over the kids that might just make that difference.

That's just an extension of the usual supporter's belief that the answer is always what isn't in the team eg. Hunt has two shit games in a row and the board is full of "why isn't Convey playing?" posts. Convey comes back and has two shit games and it's all "why isn't Hunt playing?"
All the bluster about the kids is the same - you give Karacan a start and he gets the run around from an experienced pro and you'll be on here going "we need men not boys. Why wasn't Harper playing?" etc etc
Honestly, it's a cycle that's repeated on this board week after week, month after month, and season after season.

ElmParker Could it be that all football fans are total imbeciles?
It's a theory I've been working on for some time now. The evidence just keeps mounting up.

Just answer the following question 'Yes' or 'No' and your theory will be proved.
Are you a total imbecile?

I've got the commitment of Sonko, the strength of Harper, and the determination of Emerse Fae.

Royal Rother It's good to see 2 previously regular posters return (however briefly) and talk total sense.

Vision For me i think the issue is whether his relationship with Coppell is damaged beyond repair and if he's likely to return to anything approaching his best following his injury. My guess (and thats all it is) is that the mere fact that Duberry has been offered a year deal suggests the club aren't planning on keeping Sonko around.
.
brendywendyRoyal Lady We have actually only got about 3 days to get someone else in btw. Just in case that fact has slipped the minds of those of you who are sure we're going to get replacements in.
nope, since we dont need a replacement CB its not really a massive issue
but statements in the last week from the club saying we know those who may go, and we are monitoring players who we could get in to replace,
coppell today said they are still looking at one or two.
