Royalwaster He looks stronger than Shorey - probably less skill on the ball than him; but Shorey could sometimes be outmuscled by big PL players.

Agree fully.
I also liked the fact that he still made runs in the last few minutes.
Once he gets used to the wanderings of Hunt I think he could be a decent player for us.

He looks solid, nothing great, but exactly what we needed.

It's like two signing with Hunt now in his best position.

Seems to have a nice left foot on him, a bit of pace, and looks assured defensively.

Couldn't help but LOL at that free-kick he gave away.

thought he started nervous, quickly got over it, grew into the game and the team, and started going forward towards the end of the game.
pleased with that really

more pleased with the balance it gave the side with him in, and hunt moving.
with rosi and jim on the right and hunty and stretch on the left, and a better more energetic and spiky midfield, in front of a solid and comfortable defence, we looked to be a cohesive unit for the 1st time since the liverpool home game.

rfcjoe Looked shakey at first which is understandable.

Just when I thought we'd finally got shot of all our gingers.

I think he did well considering he has only trained for 2 days with the squad. Believe he will become a good signing.

Looks to be a top signing for this level.. see Coppells it's not difficult.. not every player has to be plucked from some foreign country that doesn't speak english and take a year to adjust..

'Greed. I wish we hadn't signed Kebe, Marek, Doyle etc.

Great transfer, just a shame they didn't have an immediate impact.. maybe if we bought in the right players, we would still be playing Arsenal instead of Burnley. Oh well, sounds like Coppell had already given up in February.
