earleyroyal Their manager resigned in similar circumstances yesterday, the only real difference being that the fans were on his back rather than believing that he was the messiah, but both sets of fans have ridiculous expectations of not just winning but playing exciting football, which inevitably lead to disappointment, especially when those clubs are run by people who think it a good idea to take control of transfers out of the manager's hands.
