QPR's ticket prices....

by Wycombe Royal » 16 Sep 2008 08:35

Apparently away end tickets in the upper tier for a category A match will now set you back £40.

The most expensive home ticket now comes in at a huge £50.

Yes it does, any old stadium tends too. But I still wont be held to ranson just to see us play football.

I'll buy a new pair of trainers that weekend instead m8.

For £50 I would hope to see Sydney Opera House the Hanging Gardens of Babylon and herds of wildebeast sweeping majestically

That reminded me of Basil Fawlty and def granny.

"Where is the sea?"

"There, between the land and the sky!"

"Well it's not good enough!!"

"Oh I'm sorry, what did you expect from a Torquay window? The swinging gardens of Babylon perhaps, maybe Krakatoa erupting..."

Only Luton and Portsmouth's away ends have less leg room. I know Chelsea is round the corner but I'm not paying those prices to go to that shit hole, even if the boozing is the real reason for being there

Surely there are no category A games in The Championship?
It was bad enough to pay £30 for a restricted view at Ipswich but £40 for a game at this level is crazy.
