readingbedding Last time when we were promoted, I wasn't too pleased with the fayre on offer.

Why not pleased? I thought the choices were excellent and spanned many eras - great to see the likes of Senior, Wood and Bremner back playing (even if it was just to see how well or badly they'd aged!).

Quite a few never saw Robin Friday play either.
Player of the Millenium.

If he was alive, lots of people would like to see him turn out for a legends match.

No input.
I don't know much about RFC before '06.

No Dariusz? If we can spring him from jail, I'm sure he'd be up for it. I feel it's also remiss not to mention our old super-sub (better than Long...), Uwe...
Whoever asked about Shaka - you can read his weekly column on MLS on the Guardian's website.

Well, he's not quite in jail as far as I know. He was arrested earlier in the year for alleged corruption while manager of Korona Kielce, though.

thirtyyarder There must be a space for Ricky('s gonna get yer!!) Newman. Would be guaranteed to go in hard on the compulsory flair woofter that every team has.

You might be on to another thread here. Reading hard men. Terry Hurlock. Percy Freeman. parky was hard but fair. Shunt?

A "you've been nicked" Reading 11 might be possible.

Off the top of my head Barry Hunter , Jimmy Crawford, Dave Kitson, Andy Bernal,Leroy Lita, Darius...........

I was looking for the 1st post for this why is he not here?, i met him a few years ago when he was manager for Bridgwater town, yes who.... but he deserves to be listed imo.
