Back from the QPR game

by AbovetheI » 25 Oct 2008 19:45

All i'll say in this thread, is well done to QPR's 9 defenders & 2,000 fans on celebrating the 0-0 like a cup final win. Well done to ya.

QPR - back from the game

by floyd__streete » 25 Oct 2008 19:46

Absolutely delighted with a clean sheet and a point from a game in which we played so poorly. A big shout out to EngLOLand's right back  Liam Rosenior, Jimmy Kebe and SHunt who were particularly dire today and should all be made to watch the SKY coverage of this game on continuous loop until either their eyeballs fall out or they learn how to play football, whatever comes sooner (my money is on the eyeballs falling out).

Man of the match: me, for watching 85 minutes of that crud.

Very generous giving Bikey a 6...more like a 4. He is my favourite Reading player but jeez he was dreadful today. Agree with Gunnar assessment...although Karacan was only marginally better

USA 1 for turning up
Rosenior 1 for turning up
Bikey 2 for being himself
Inga 1 for turning up
Armstrong 1 for turning up
S Hunt 1 for turning up
Gunnarsson 0 for NOT turning up
Karacan 0 for NOT turning up
Kebe 1 for turning up
Doyle 1 for turning up
N Hunt 1 for tuning up

Coppell +1 for tyactical awareness

How on gods name did SC see something from Tuesdays game where we got overrun in midfield to pick the same team again is beyond me..then when it was blatantly obvious to 18,000 fans in the stadium that the midfield was not working did it take 73 minutes to change it?

I want to see karacan and Cisse in their on Tuesday. Cisse who can tackle and who won't get overrun like Gunnar and karacan who can push on.

I think Karacan was a tad over run today. Looked a little lost and was second best to Mahon with EVERYTHING.

Cisse isn't very good. Karacan is just about good enough but shows his naivety a lot and needs Harper to look after him.

Well Cisse has looked good when he has come on in the last few games compared to Gunnar who is getting overrun every week.

Hardly. Cisse just watches everything slide past him while Boris sticks his foot in. I'm happy for Karacan to be in, but certainly not with Cisse.
