While we're posting bets after the event, I won £48 from a mere £2 on Cliftonville v Linfield over 2.5, Andreev 2-0, Lopez 2-0, Coritiba win and Portuguesa win. Thats Irish football, ATP tennis and Brazilian football. Nice.

Unlucky mate, but the accas where you have a load of winners carrying over to one selection on another day should be avoided, you had nearly £40 going onto that. No need.

Right boys and girls what are your tips for this weekend, football wise, and what are the odds? Should I put a tenner on Reading and Blackburn both winning away? I never (very rarely) win at football bets, and Ilike to start winning! What's the news in the gambling world?

Wouldn't want to back Reading to win. Only bet on current form is under 2.5 goals? Leave alone IMO.

I think Donny to win at home v Swansea @ 2/1 is worth a punt, Everton to beat Fulham 8/11 and Peterborough to beat Hereford 1/2.

Cheltenham at home, are readily available at 7/2 to beat Leeds. Mad Dog has got to sort out the defence but has been making plenty of loan signings to do so. If the team gels 9/4 Draw no Bet - Cheltenham, is value for me.

I've got £10 on:

Pompey to beat Wigan
Boro to beat West Ham
Derby to beat Forest
Charlton to beat Barnsley
Leeds to beat Cheltenham

£10 pays £124

Thinking over some insurance with a fiver on Newcastle to beat Villa at 21/10.

Or lose the £15 and lol at myself. :?

Portsmouth, Bradford, Darlington and Swansea to win.

Over 2.5 goals at Stoke, Palace, Scunthorpe, Cheltenham and Grimsby.

Also covered 2-1, 3-0 and 3-1 for Everton v Fulham.

Got my money back today and on the way out of the game called the bookie and staked it all (about £40) on Tottenham @ 5/2. I wasn't sober and had convinced myself to do it. We got home with the commentator announcing 90 mins were up, it was 1-1. Radio went off and I got out the car wishing I wouldn't put bets on when I'm pissed. The rest is history. Took me 2 hours to realise though.
