Deathy Indeed, and 9 points returned. Almost a 1/5 of the season played and nice and close to a step further down the non league ladder. 8)

almost 1/5 ALOL

It will soon be a quater. It all adds up. Torquay want to improve and fast too. 8)

They should change it to the Friday night, their g8 would be doubled.

They are flying, and they needed too after a suspect start.

Good to see Oxford ensuring another season at Conference level. I think they're too strong to go down, sadly. Still makes me feel all warm inside when they lose though.

Chelsea of the Conference.

After 1 fifth of the season, or is it 1 eight, or 1 sixteenth or whatever it is, I have now accepted Torquay's fate of imminent relegation. I'm just glad I was warned in advance that this season was an utter waste.

Having said this, I must say there has been some truly horrible and heartbreaking news out of Plainmoor tonight that makes all of this just totally insignificant.

No one ever said it was, just like after '1/5 of the season' it wasn't a complete waste or 'on LOLoan to the conference' or some other humerous pun.

The news out of Plainmoor will be revealed in a press conference at 11am. I already know the news and it's heartbreaking.

I feel as though I shouldn't say what it is until it is officially revealed on TUFC, but it concerns one of our players and is just something that puts football into some perspective.

Went to see Windsor & Eton last Saturday. They beat Cirencester 3-1 in front of 146 people. Most enjoyable.

Now top of the table they are unbeaten in 14 games and have won their last 10 in all Comps, scoring 29 and conceding 5.

I think I'll go again next weekend.

(Martin Williams has a long-term achilles injury and has only played about 20 minutes in the last 2 or 3 months.)
