Don't really care anymore. Hope he doesn't do really good but i hope hes not considered a flop or anything.
Kitson for England? No chance anymore. But still got potential to be a decent prem player.

rollsy As far as i am concerned kitson was a great servant for reading. I do think that 5.5m was far too much for him, and i must admit that him firing blanks for stoke is raising a smile on my face as i do think that he was prone to being a bit of a nob. do you think that this is justified?

No not justified, but hes not a Stoke player, hes never going to be either,he just dont fit into their team.I would like to say I wished he would have stayed here but would we now want him?I sorry to say no.

Personally I'll never be able to laugh at the misfortune of an integral player that was part of the greatest Reading team ever but each to their own.

Royalshow One of the only players in the game who i can't really say a bad word against.Lol at his manager at Sainsburys.

What about his drink driving conviction? makes him a criminal twat straight off the bat. Also a loudmouth, ruining dressing room harmony. good player, but good we got shot of him.

Aye, there was a thread the other day about Luke McCormick and truth be told the only difference between him and Kitson and plenty of other drink drivers was that Kits was lucky enough to avoid trouble, and he was a numpty for doing it.

he was great but that was then and this is now so yes. The others that left for a fresh start (more money) haven't done much better either. Little sadly won't grace the prem. Sonko injured. Sidwell and shorey will do ok but they won't have impressed by losing the last villa game singlehandedly.

I'm not laughing at Kitson as he was a great player for us. I'm LOLing at Stoke for paying too much money for him!

Wasn't Kits only convicted for failing to provide a sample, and not actually convicted for drink driving?

Kitson = One of Reading's best ever players.

Anyone who says otherwise is a bit simple.

No, but I am laughing at Stoke City for paying £5.5M for him.

Kitson was good, very good .... but not £5.5M good! Great piece of business by Sir Steve that makes up for the Fae fiasco.

How can I possibly find the time to laugh at Kitson when I'm so busy laughing at the people who post here? Idiots

Don't think there's any reason to laugh at Kitson. He wanted a season of Premiership football which we couldn't give him, and that's the bottom line.

Why would I want to laugh at one of the players who took us to the prem and was a superb player for us. He may have been a bit of a Prima Donna but he had a strong common sense streak and worked hard whilst he was here.

Anyone who rejoices in his situation now needs to grow up.

One of the most intelligent (in a football sense) players I have ever seen in a Reading shirt, though a c*nt as a person.

No I'd rather the lad did well.

He had nothing but good things to say about Reading after he left.

Good lad.

great player playing for completely the wrong team. stoke are not a footballing side, they play route one football, and that is not kitson's game. i've never seen anybody control a game for reading the way kitson could. on his day, one of the very best players i've ever watched live. fantastic ability to manipulate play, great feet, strong in the air, confident finisher, and seeing him track back to make a crunching tackle on the wing could lift an entire crowd. definitely not laughing. i'd welcome him back with open arms,
