He's obviously out of favour with SC. & To all those saying Coppell doesn't believe in the youth setup, he's managed to bring out some of the best ever footballers from youth (see, CP Ian Wright). Here's hoping he can do the same for Henry, Pearce and Karacan.

IIRC Wright didn't come through a youth system, he entered football quite late.
