Skyline We ordered our Soton tickets last Friday, and they still hadn't arrived in today's post, so the wife rang the ticket office to find out what has happened to them. They told her that because they had had so many personal callers wanting Southampton tickets they had decided to sell the whole of the first allocation to personal callers only, and that folks who ordered on-line would only get tickets out of any subsequent allocation they asked for.
So if you've ordered online and not seen any tickets yet, now at least you'll know why.
Personally I think it's a bad decision on the part of the TO, especially as there was nothing on the on-line ticketing system to indicate that that was what they were going to do.

No it just means they will take up the extra allocation and those buying online will get their tickets from that batch.urz_1871Skyline We ordered our Soton tickets last Friday, and they still hadn't arrived in today's post, so the wife rang the ticket office to find out what has happened to them. So by that, does that mean that people who have already bought their tickets (or thought that they had bought them) online might not even get them then due to the allocation being sold out?

I was in row 3 last year and it was crap, well worth trying to move up the back if people are standing.
