The 17 Bus 82/83
The group cup quarter final had paired reading at home to watford, who were second in Division One when they came to elm Park. A virtually full strength watford took the lead through luther Blissett after only 3 minutes and although gary donnellan equalised, John Barns scored two second half goals. With 4 minutes to go reading were still two goals behind when first peter Sullivan(who) and then Donnellan scored to mtake the game into a most unexpected 30 minutes.
Donnellan and Dixon scored in extra time to make a 5-3 victory for the Royals.
Bits from Heaven on Earth there.

Schards#2 Four terrible games against Welling
southstand67 Steve Woods scoring a blinding header. Into his own net unfortunately, Huddersfield won 2-1 that day....
