For me, it's Graeme Murty. Like me, he's a top tryer and, hopefully like me, is a motivator through his actions - 'do as I do, not as I say...'

cmonurz Glen 'The White Pele' Little. Brilliantly skilful winger who was for me the msot critical piece in the 05/06 jigsaw. Barely a left-back survived intact from 90 minutes of Little, he remains the best midfielder I have seen in a Reading shirt, and my favourite Reading player.
