brendywendy Had serious doubts about fed,mainly on positioning. But with a run of games he has quicky put that to bed.in the last few games he has been dominant in the air,and still great with shots and kicking.
If marcus was 30 id be tempted to put him in, but in the knowledge that he hasnt much time left with us, its now more important to get fed some 1st team experience,the only thing he currently lacks. He will only continue to improve in my opinion.
If we have one area that Steve Coppell should be totally comfortable with if we go up, then surely it's between the sticks.
I will be surprised if Marcus walks straight back in the team as Fed as shown he's more than good enough but I don't buy this "Hahnemann won't be with us much longer" theory.
There are several older 'keepers in the Prem than Marcus.
We should just be delighted this club has 2 'keepers of excellent quality who, as ever, cost next to nothing.
One experienced older hand and his younger replacement already showing that he has what it takes..................great news for all of us.
