FiNeRaIn One of the longest serving prem players at any club, model professional, world class and great attitude. Loved by the neutrals and also by the geordie fans.
Looks like he'll go to man city for cash in the end, sad ending to a good story IMO. One of the last respected prem players won over by the £ signs.

FiNeRaIn We're talking about shay givenhere, not someone like nicholas anelka. He signed for Newcaslte in 1997, what were you doing back then?
He was been a top performer in the prem for years and been linked to barcelona, man utd and real madrid all in that time and remained loyal to newcastle. Now he is likely to end up at man city, who lets face it, won't come close to winning something any time soon. What a shocker of an ending.
