Smart move as well given the exchange rate...

Petercccccc Anyone know how well our players out on loan are doing??

I live in York, and went to see Murts/Charlton play at Sheff Wed and Burnley. He lasted 53 mins before having to come off, but was easily their best player up to that point. He didn't stop having a go at the rest of the team who IMO were absolutely dreadful. No fight, no character, and no desire for anything other than Murts and Jonjo Shelvey, but he just ran around like SHunty. How did they beat us earlier in the season?

Lat weekend at Burnley (what a dive that place is!), Charlton looked more like a team you would expect from Parky, more spirit, desire and character, but a severe lack of quality. But again, Murts played really well, back to what we'd have expected from him. He dislocated his thumb in about the 50th minute and still played the rest of the game! Solid for 94 minutes, then his man sneaked past him for the winner at the far most, but it was one of those where the ball comes flying through about 8 pairs of legs and you dont see it until it rattles the net.

He's there another month now but we could recall him anytime on this contract cos its over 30 days, so if anything happens to Rosey, I'm sure he'll get the nod ahead of Kelly.

Good to see our captain back!

Great what about some of the young players, any of them getting any first team action and impressing?

Injured and subbed tonight. He was carrying a knock before tonight.

Not sure how bad.

Clearly not at the moment. That honour is Harps at the mo.

If his injury is needing treatment won't he come back up us for treatment and recuperation?

Looks like his past catching up with him again. Always remember his first few games for us and the fans jovially chanting "who the ****ing hell are you" at him! Perhaps we should resurrect that if he ever plays for us again!
