It's not stopped him playing him much.

Fair point with Doobs, but a cut is unlikely to keep him out for longer than one game at the most.

I'm not sure about Rosenior fighting Kelly for his place though. Bit close to bullying IMO, given Kelly's size.

I am quite suprised to hear Adams is prepared to sell him when he played a full 90 minutes yesterday, not the sort of risk you would expect a manager to take with a player he is prepared to sell within the following 2 days. He is back in the pompey side and i do not see him leaving pompey until the summer.

Why sell him to next season's rivals?

Not if we start playing Hreidarsson. Otherwise yes.

He appears to be a regular in Pompeys first team atm so I doubt we will get him.

Hreidarsson is still top of Nick Hammond's shopping list this summer. Talks took place in January but a promise of first team football by Adams kept him at Fratton. He will leave on a free this summer and Reading and Palace are both keen on his services.

Many would have said they didn't want Chris Makin when we signed him, but he proved valuable cover.

Sign him up!

We have cover at Centreback. If we sign someone there we need them to be better than what we already have. Have you not learnt what happens when you sign lots of players no better than you already have?

A big squad full of mediocre players unable to step up and turn things around when the first team aren't performing.
