Anything eLOLse - what a brilliant weeze

Surprised you all found time away from debating such hot topics as broken windscreen advice and what do you call your remote control?.

In the words of John Lennon: "life is what happens to you while you're busy reading other forums"

I couldn't care less if he brings more than goals.....the fact is WE'RE NOT SCORING!!!

So unless the opposition do it for you, then we aint gonna win games!

15 games left, perfect time for change. Long range weather looks pretty good as well - it makes sense.

At least Doyle is putting in the work rate.
It's hard for him when every ball that is played to him is threw the air and not on the ground.

I think given that we don't have too many tall players, the likes of Doyle should learn to jump higher. I've heard NHunt has a special sprung design in the soles of his boots. This is the only way forward.

I remember the clamours for Doyle to be dropped last season too when the midfield wasn't doing its job. This may come as news to some, but strikers need the ball to score goals.

I agree that doyle should be 'rested' because you can certainly tell that playing lots of games and international games he cant keep up with it so he needs a rest for a bit.

i do think this is ridiculous though due to him being a professional footballer he should be able to hack it the best off players can and he has the ability

Stick Kitson in next to Long as he's scoring for fun.

Doyle on the bench please SC.

Agree with this

Doyle just isn't performing at the moment

I would also drop Hunt and bring in Tabb

TBM Personally i feel we should drop Kevin Doyle from the team.....he just isn't performing at the moment and knows he is Reading's most valuable player. I think the arrogance has gone to his head, so Coppell needs to get this out of him by dropping him for a few weeks and thus hopefully bringing the Irishman back down to earth.

That is all.
Not sure he's arrogant/big headed. Could probably do with a rest and a chance to rediscover his edge..... Drop him for a game and then name him as sub... or send him home to Ireland on holiday for a long weekend.

I haven't been to, listened to, or pictured any games in my minds eye, let alone watched any of the televised games, but it's clear he's not pulling his weight.

Gary Alexander's been scoring a few, maybe we should look at him for after we go down at the end of the season.

I'm beginning to think Doyle may need to be 'rested' for a game.
Long has been playing better than him recently, so maybe at the weekend try Kitson/NHunt with long and Doyle on the bench.
Never, ever, ever going to happen.
Ever.

LONG on the bench

Hes picked up form and you are dropping him.

I think long and kits would be good kits heading through balls for long to latch on to.
