Sheff Wed 0 - 1 Royals
----------------- N. Hunt

First half goal, and a tight tense game, but importantly a win and a goal.

Wednesday on fire. We can't score for toffee.

1-0 to us with Armstrong to score against his former city rivals. Early goal which we hang on to.

It happens like that.

I'm going to go for 1-1 - with NHunt scoring for us. This gives the team a bit more confidence and we thrash Plymouth on Saturday.

We desperately need a spawny 1-0 win from a one-yard bobbler off someone's shin. So 0-1 (Doyler 87" - one-yard bobble off the shin).

Hoping to go up....

And as long as a reading player scores (in the Sheffield net) I dont care what the score is!

But for the purposes of the thread, 1-0 reading, tabb scoring... as he looked the only person likely to do anything on saturday

Wednesday are starting to roll, a 2-0 home win
then an excellent 4-2 away win at Burnley

We lose two on the spin at home.

Football logic says we'll stroll it 2-0 or 3-0, and I'll be there!

2 v 1 to Wednesday. We score but so late on it makes no difference to the result.

Thst was how we turned round the 8-gamer last year... Shorey scoring that late free-kick, the we went to Boro, played Shane (har har) and won

Maybe they should take Shane with them.....he can't do any worse than the others. Forget using the wings, long ball and 4-3-3 !!!

2-0 home win I fear.

Have predicted defeats or draws for quite a lot of games this season, got a bizarre good feeling about this one. 3-1 win.

this is not based on any feeling of superiority but pure instinct.

This is not so much a prediction as an order. We will win and Kebe will score, or I'll want to know the reason why.

Schards#2 I thought we played well in the first half on Saturday and just lost confidence as we missed chances and the fans got on their backs. Assuming we keep the same central midfield, I believe that away from the pressure of the home fans expectations, we will score and we will win.

1-3

N Hunt 16
Doyle 37
Doyle 66

I am with Schards. Our winning streak is about to begin.

I had a dream we won 5-3, I woke up before I could see the scorers though.

I'm more pessimistic about this one than any game for a long while.

I'll have to go for Wednesday 2 - 0 Reading.

Our genius manager (who is well on the way to fcuking up another season) doesn't know what's wrong, so I can only predict yet another defeat and yet another blank.

Get your money on a Wednesday win, as it's buying money from the bookie.

Such positivity! Of course, it was the football fairies that got us into a position where the season was up-fcuckable in the first place. It's only since SC took over from them that we've been playing badly.

I predict a 2-1 to us. Ironically, Sheff W's confidence will help us - they'll come out and play and we'll be 2 up at half time.
