I think he is going to some South American side. Fray Bentos I think they are called.

A ridiculas amount of praise coming from Dowie yesterday for James Henry on loan at Millwall.

"Running the game" "They can't keep up with his pace" "Another great cross from the lad Henry"

Hope he gets a chance next season!

He seems to get MOTM in every game for Crewe.

I've said it before, and i'll say it again, Sigurdsson is potentially the best player to have ever come out of our academy.

Agreed, why? New manager may have other ideas though.

To be fair to bootboy he consistently says that both Henry and Karacan will leave in the summer.

In fact it is the only thing he ever says !

He may or may not be correct, although if we stay down they will be key figures for next season.

You obviously have sage-like qualities to know that in advance.

Without wishing to divert this thread away from it's main purpose:

1. It's just an opinion - as valid as yours that appointing a sacked manager would be a bad thing. HNA used to thrive on opinions !

2. It's a fair bet given who we have appointed in the past.Every manager JM has appointed has been in employment when appointed.

3. I've expressed a view on who I think will replace Coppell as and when he goes a number of times and I think it's a reasonable suggestion with a bit of logic to it. I'm guessing that simply posting '+1' is all that is expected now....

The Sentinel on Gylfis performance against Millwall:
SIGURDSSON: The Icelandic youngster was Crewe's best player by a long way and went close to scoring in the closing stages 8
