Halford and Henderson

by 1960 » 04 Apr 2009 17:20

Sheff Utd are on fire at the moment and both our old boys scored today. Next week they will both feel they've got a point to prove to the team that dumped them. Is this when our bogey team status against Sheffield Utd evaporates? They are now level with us on points and will feel they can beat us. Suddenly it's not just Brum and Cardiff we shoud be worried about.

Eventhough Jay Tabb didn't score today, i bet he went to Coventry with a point to prove. Possibly, who knows...was he actually dumped by them though?!

If we lose Friday, the dream of finishing in the top 2 is all but over. I won't be able to see us do it.
We'll finish 4th i think.

Its going to be a massive game.

And for that reason, we'll balls it up. Have no fear about that.

Halford is class, never gives the ball away, get more than his fair share of goals and assists. I hope we can sign him in the summer, but it will depend on if we go up.

Henderson is decent enough but he isn't fit to lace rob hulses boots and for the first half of the season he had been sent of more times than he had scored. We should never have sold hulse and stead.

Its got to be 3 points to have a chance of a top 2 finish, a draw wont do

I have a really bad feeling about this week. Brum will beat Wolves tonight and this will be compounded by losing at home to the blunts for the first time since Ethelred the Unready was on the throne.
