Royal Rother I much prefer Coppell's honesty.
Managers have a whole list of ready-made excuses / off-pat phrases up their sleeves but it is very unlikely they can really know the reasons for a poor display in its immediate aftermath, or often even after detailed analysis. Managers generally speak for the sake of it, (but it doesn't mean it's any more than guesswork that comes out of their mouths) - Coppell rarely if ever does that.
Well RR I too admire his honesty but what I find it very difficult to understand is how he cant seem to see the frailties of our methods. I mean there are number of things in the past couple of weeks which seem beyond him. 5 man midfields,our lack of decent wide players. Even I can see that things were going wrong.
