He's hungry as well. But the big 'if' is his fitness. How's that knee going to hold up, and will he ever have the stamina for a full 90 at this level?

Nhunt has certainly has a successful season and I like his desire to turn round the bad form we have been having. I would like to see him and Doyle start for the rest of the campaign.

riverroyal Clutching at straws I know, but, and a big but, we could still get second spot if we win all our remaining games and . . . .
All the teams above us go into administration with the FA deciding to decuct points on top of them failing to fulfil fixtures and getting point deductions for that as well.

I'm not being negative, I'm being realistic. Our confidence is shattered, we're playing poorly much of the time and unable to get results. All realistic chance of going up automatically ended at the latest against Sheff Utd.

To win the play offs you need to be winning games and getting results. We aren't, neither are we playing well.

Our end position will still be satisfactory given how we came into the season, just a little dissapointing considering where we were at Xmas. More than happy to eat my words if we have a sudden reversal or form or we fluke our way through the play offs. But that is what it's going to take. A fluke or a massive turnaround.

Well, it worked well when he played an hour to be replaced by Shane Long

Now we also have Kitson or Lita to come on for 30 minutes

Please stop it with your constant negativity and jeering Floyd. Can't you see we're in pain?

Snowball Just confirmed you know FA about football and are totally and completely a RTG.

What the FOCK are you talking about, dummy?

Just because I'm not a moronic knee-jerker and can actually COUNT?

We will qualify for the play-offs, at least. That is a more than decent season. THEN we'll see.

LOL at always, always giving it 'I can count'. Who's a clever boy. That is maybe the case, but your mind numbing statistic drivel means fook all. Has done all season, means nothing now, and will mean nothing in the future.

Been saying for months the guy knew nothing. But oh no! I was wrong because I didn't put up lots of tedious numbers.

Mr Angry Our season isn't "over" FFS; in fact, it is just about to begin.

The last 4 games are all about trying to get into some sort of form leading into the play-offs; Monday was a start as we scored goals. If we continue scoring goals we will have a chance in the play-offs.

I don't give a toss who we end up playing in the play-offs (though i would prefer not to have those obnoxious Cardiff Neanderthals back here again tbh) as I think ON OUR DAY we can beat anyone in this Division (we have done the double over the Champions-elect for example).

If you are scared of failure, then don't go to the games as we have to realise that we have nothing to lose.

Bring it on!!!

I agree with you Mr. Angry. One positive note is that no one is really scoring on us. As dire as the 0-0 draws are it gives me hope. If we start scoring we have a chance.

hmmmm.

If by some miracle we beat Birmingham final game, then it might spark us to confidence in the play offs, but I can't see it.

Rest of the season is a formality to be enjoyed as best you can, before the serious business of rebuilding for another promotion push begins in the summer.
