Not for us but he's made his career there. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think he even played for England U21 there so he's hardly a bad replacement.

Given the injuries upfront, think that's the team i'd have gone for - the midfield looked ok in the second half on saturday (ie, once SHunt was off), although Jem and Jay did tire. Ever hopeful that Kebe might have a blinder, bearing in mind that we scouted him as a left winger, stranger things have happened...

Just realised that we have no striker on the bench which is just plain stupid. Is Lita really that bad?

That is a truly woeful side, so they'll probably surprise all of us and win 3-0 :)

Blimey Lita must be REALLY out the picture not to even be sub with no forwards left hardly!

So, we can't score goals and yet we don't even bother with a striking option on the bench?

As much as I think Kitson has been the best of the bad bunch on display up front since his arrival, we should drop him as I don't think he'll be staying over the summer.

Lita and Mooney I say!

Me too! In that case it's not quite the team i'd have picked, Lita should definitely be on the bench.

To be brutally honest I would say that's the weakest XI Reading have put out for a league game since the early Coppell years of 2004 when Brooker, Hughes, Goater an ageing Ricky Newman et all were commending starts.

With the money into the club over that period if that's what we've got to show, jeez no wonder people have gripes.

However as I say I still have a funny feeling Reading might win tonight!

So you think we should drop our best player?

Are you available for next season? We must be able to harness that genius!

I might have agreed with you before he returned from Norwich but since then he doesn't seem to have done much wrong attitude wise. Subs are Federici, Pearce, Cisse, Hunt, Matejovsky

Lita didn't score in a few appearances so was rightly binned and never seen again. It's just a good job Kitson returned and the other forwards have scored hatfuls so we can categorically 100% confirm it's all Lita's fault.

Did not set the team alight, and refused to go to sheff u for 1.2million, simple really. I bet he wishes he had gone to them now, poss Prem next season, same as us, but with a contract, whereas he wont be prem next season from his position.

doyle not risked i n case of injury?? we need the money he may bring in, in the summer.
