BOTH sets of fans will try to get on the pitch - whatever outcome is reached regarding final positions:

Brum to celebrate, "complain" and/or prevent our celebrations; us to celebrate, wind up Brum, or prevent them from celebrating!!!

Should be VERY interesting!

Huntley & Palmer I wonder which ground will have the runners up plate present

I should imagine there's a duplicate for these occasions?

No, there's not... They present the real thing.

It will get done at Murts' testimonial IF we somehow manage to win it.

If we score enough goals early enough there won't be any Brum fans still in the ground at the end.

Ditto if they score enough goals early enough.

Fair point. Unlikely scenario, though.

Im undecided as to whether to run on the pitch or leave 5 minutes early to beat the bus queue.

Bearing in mind we're most likely to be in the play-offs, you really have to be some sort of retarded arsehole to invade the pitch.

I will go on eventually if we go up. Otherwise completly pointless act that will just cause shit loads of trouble as all the twats will just goad the Brum support then run like oxf*rd when they come on after them.
It could be mayhem and get the club into a lot of shit.

Off the pitch

by Sir Rodger Doyle » 30 Apr 2009 22:04

Anyone who runs on the pitch on Sunday has no respect for RFC. The groundstaff have worked their bollox off to give the team the best possible surface to play on. There is the possibility of a play-off match plus the usual end of season finals to be played. Please don't run onto the pitch, it always leads to some tw*ts goading the away fans who may have the real hump with us.

Fines.........
Points deductions............
violence...........

I don't see what there is to be gained from it, apart from some internal selfish need for attention.

There will be no pitch invasion (by us) unless that is the final game this season.

Then of course it won't matter 8)

Pitch invasions are an important part of the game, those who fail to participate have no passion and obviously don't care about their club.

If you've no intention of going on the pitch on Sunday, you should do the right thing and give you ticket to a proper supporter who's bang up for it.

I feel for the groundsman if the pitch is ruined before the Royals Corporate Cup and Murty's testimonial...

There won't be an invasion if we're not up.
