Do the club seriously think that all 18,000 season ticket holders or whatever it is we have, are going to be able to secure their seat before 9.00pm tonight? Why on earth haven't they given ST holders a couple more days before putting tickets on sale to non ST holders. Trying to get online ticketing and it crashing, living too far away to get to the Mad Stad today...have they not considered this at all?

I'm getting onto the ticketing but thens it still refusing all of the 4 cards i've tried. Although, perhaps thats just part of the crashing problem that other people are experiencing.

Has anyone bought over the phone this morning? How long did you wait?

Just got off the phone. Apparently the que is getting shorter now, you are probably looking at about 15 minutes if you phone.

did they have away ticket on the phone.

also never call the ticket office from a mobile, it doesnt get included under inclusive minutes packages and has given me lovely phone bills when trying to sort out ticketing problems on my lunch break

If you are talking about season ticket holders, the tickets appear under the pre-reserved tab. Not being a regular user of the on-line service, that caught me out initially and it was a while before I found them.

But they say call the ticket office for delivery options!! WTF?!!

Anyone know what the delivery options are?

If they are ordered on-line today, won't they just post them out first class tomorrow or Wednesday (I assume Burnley will courier them down, if they haven't already).

Unreserved. Do not lose the ticket as a replacement will not be issued.

Home and away purchased with not too much hassle on line.

Away tickets numbered in the low 400's which may or may not be an indication of rate of sale - they may have batched them up for online / phone / personal sales rather than just be taking them off the pile in sequence.

The delivery options thing does look a bit odd - perhaps you can pay for next day courier or similar ? I may give them a call later when all the panic dies down !
