I really hope he gets a chance tonight - at least 25mins if we still need a goal...

I havn't seen much of him to be fair but he seemed a good penalty taker at Cork so that could come in handy.

Remember what happened when Federico Macheda was given a chance...

That would be very unCoppell like. We have to hope Kitson and Shane 'give me three touches to control the ball' LOLOLOLOLOLOLong play well.

I'd say that Baggie would be a better comparison to Macheda, but I can't see Coppell overlooking Mooney and Church in place of a promising 17 year old. Chance for someone to become a hero tonight, let's just hope it's a Reading player!

I am now awaiting Snowball's statistics on how many times its taken Long less than 3 touches to control the ball...

And the average amount of steps he walks between the 78th and 89th minute of the match.

I doubt snowball will be back till Shane makes a positive contribution again. His stats must have got a bit worse over the last couple of games.

Will be on the bench I imagine, would be shocked if he isn't with no other strikers fit

He has proved he can play and score at this level for Norwich, so he should be on the bench over Church or Baggie.

Would prefer to see someone like Robson-Kanu on the bench TBH, someone who can change a game....perhaps Baggie as well

How many times has Robson-Kanu changed a game at this level? I think your comment should read:

"...someone who could maybe change a game..."

I agree to an extent. The unknown quantity can sometimes work in your favour, however have we any young attacking players that are good enough to be thrown in at the deep end in this environment? I don't actually think we have.

You haven't taken too much notice of his loan move at Swindon then? Got a couple of goals, not bad on the wing but his distribution is woeful. They'd like to keep him though.

We'll have two strikers on the bench - Mooney and Federici...

I've watched him play a couple of times.......and although he is inconsistent he can make things happen which is what your looking for in an impact player.
