and it's goodbye from him...

by Mr Irascible » 14 May 2009 18:51

Steve Coppell
Kevin Dillon
Wally Downes
Dave Kitson
Glen Little

...followed soon one hopes by...if the money is right!

Stephen Hunt
Leroy Lita
Andre Bikey
Brynjar Gunnarsson
Marcus Hahnemann
James Harper
Marek Matejovsky
Graeme Murty
Michael Duberry
Jimmy Kebe

Thanks to all for the memory but this club needs younger and fresher legs, new ambition, fewer prima donnas, tougher tacklers. You all know who fits which category!

The club remains! The fans remain! The memory lingers...URZ!

I said if the money was right...I think Harper is past his prime and not strong enough in the midfield...Matejovsky whilst creative has not made the impact he promised and looks disinterested...we are all entitled to our opinions...and no need to be so fucuking rude!

I'm not sure you've read the HNA rule-book. Marek is the most talented and naturally gifted player we have and he will be the saviour of our club.

You will not disagree. However many times he mis-places passes or gets out-muscled in midfield

Can this be locked??? How many "Goodbye from him", "Who is leaving?", " Who is first?" Threads are we going to be subject to? I may as well copy and paste all answers.

signed as a Premier player

"too good or too clever" to get regular starts in the Championship

Maybe Mr I has a point, after all, Marek was the last Reading player to touch the ball before Burnley's "contest killing" first goal Tuesday evening ....his weak give-away pass, whilst in goalscoring opportunity pocession wasn't the first time (nor teenth' time) this season.

Good riddance....good luck, and he will be missed by a herd or two of czequered spec wearers

Marek, disinterested?!!! Didn't look that way on Tuesday.

Harper past his prime?!

You really do make yourself look stupid blaming a player who loses possession with a pass 'whilst in a goalscoring opportunity possession' for his team conceding a goal at the far end of the pitch, particularly when that player is meant to be an attacking midfielder!!

Shouldn't you be asking yourself where the **ck were our defenders and defensive midfielders and why the hell none of them got a decent challenge in or even held up play as the ball made its way from one end of the pitch to the back of our net at the far end?!!!

I agree I think Marek defo needs to stay.

(why do you insist on being aggressive to someone when they happen to post something you disagree with btw?)

I've got a feeling Lita won't go. New manager = new chance to shine.

Don't think Bikey will either, as much because no other club will want him. And if we get a sterner manager, he will know to stay in line.

And Marek? I'd love to see him stay, and see what a new manager can do for him.

where the **ck were our defenders and defensive midfielders .....your words not mine

They were possibly poised in the "attacking formation" that was so promptly compromised by MM ( I am assuming that was the case, as I was still covering my eyes in frustration after his howler.

As aforementioned, it hasn't been the first time this season, and my lack of love for the guy wasn't based on that one game.

You may care to retract the "stupid" comment RB?
