Snowball Rodgers came into Watofrd when they were relegation candidates
Look at Waford's form since February 1st (16 games)
Blah blah blah

Jeffers217 Simply put, if the league as poor as it was last season and Rodgers plays the right team (with the squad we have already) and plays passing football, then we're UP already.

Super Kevin Bremner! Kebe
Strengths: Quick, bags of skill, scores bags of goals in training, plenty of assists last season when hw got decent crosses off.
Weknesses: Hugely inconsistent, can look really awkward, misses sitters in games.

I REALLY care what you think

Ian Royal It's reasonable to be sceptical.
But, he says the right things. He's worked with the best. He knows the club, he likes the club and town. He's got a fresh approach, he's worked with our up and coming youngsters at a formative age already. What managerial experience he has, has shown him to be pretty good.
That's about as positive as any manager we could have got. From the list of names put about, Curbishley had a much longer CV, but most of his best work was with one club and he's been less successful in his more recent appointments.
That's just an example of how you can find something about any manager. Not a suggestion that Rodgers is a better choice.

...
A manager comes in, must take X weeks to understand all the players' strengths and weaknesses
X more weeks to drop players, bring in players, change the playing system
...
16 games where he takes over someone else's team and tactics and morale
then 16 games where it's starting to be "his team"
...
First 9 League games W2 D3 L4 10-16 = 9 points = 1.000 per game (46 point season equivalent = probable relegation)
...
Second 9 games W6 L3 16-10 = 18 Points = 2.000 per game (92 point season equivalent = Champions)
So after 9 games, his second nine games he improved the goal
difference by 12 goals (compared to the previous 9 games)
that's 1.33 goals per game and they got twice as many points per game
They won 50% of their games in the second half of his reign, and surely
even you would agree they had a weaker squad than Reading
