tomrfcurz A mate mentioned it to me at the Southampton away game that if Leroy goes to Norwich permantley, RFC could be in with a chance of getting Lee Croft, what does everyone think, can't make my mind up about him to be honest, he's like a Seol Ki-Hyeon i dread to say, great some days and absolute balls on another :s

???

For a start. Lita is available on a free at the end of the season so he can go, hopefully, to whoever he wants to. As he is 24 he wont command a fee either. Plus, you said it yourself, he's hot and cold. we'll be competing in the premiership next season hopefully, why would we want an unproven premiership player who is inconsistent. We wont make that mistake again as we did with Seol.

but if he can hit early season form, like Seol did in our first year, then he may be the difference between picking up momentum early on and battling the drop straight away.

I thought 24 was the last year that a fee would be payable - probably wrong though.

By the time Reading have trawled through every manager in employment, as they appear to be at the moment, all the available good players will have been signed up for next season. HTH.

That's right, it isn't as if we haven't picked up some great players on frees or for minimal costs now is it?
