I know its only the NOTW but being linked with mancienne has to be a positive start. would be great in my opinion

I'd love to get excited about this but I just can't help thinking he's good enough to go on loan to a Prem side, and I would have thought Wolves would be all over that like a rash. I also would have thought that he has a bit of a thing for Wolves too now having gotten into the England set-up whilst playing for them. Similar maybe to the Upson situation at Reading who surely would have stayed had we had Prem status/cash available at the time.

Fingers crossed though.

He's got such a baby face!

Would be a brilliant signing though.

At least we are getting linked with half decent premiership players, this would not be the case had coppell been in charge still.

Who better to learn his trade from than Inga.....

Does block Alex Pearce progress though?

No - why not play them both?

To quote a very reliable friend last week, we are very close to completing a deal for a centre back.

Ingimarsson isn't expected to be fit for the start of the new season! The likely hood is the new centre back in waiting will partner Pearce.

Would be a fantastic replacement for Bikey.
I still think we'd be a bit light at the back, though.

He looked like the only player with the vaguest idea of how to play anything other than utterly predictable and one-dimensional football against Germany.

Haven't seen much of him before but he looked like an exciting player in bursts tonight. Would love to have him at RFC.

Solid at the back and not scared to attack and take the ball past the opposition. Class act all the way.

Keith Curle was the last one who could that for us with poise. (I suppose Bikey can do it occasionally but he has more of a Charge of The Light Brigade approach.)
