They could offer Tommy Smith more than he is on at Watford and he still won't go there. As for Little there is nothing in Blackwell's comments to suggest Little isn't happy with the terms offered. I would guess Little has an issue with moving his family north for what could be his last contract. Part of his reason for moving to us was because he wanted to be back down south near where he comes from.
