I'm not a pundit or anything, but I don't think anyone will win the league today.
To be fair to Hansen, United have lost key key players, Liverpool have lost a key player, Arsenal have lost key key players. Chelsea if anything are stronger for signing very little and not losing anyone of note. Liverpool have a great chance this season.
Apart from Chelsea, the top 4 is weaker this time around. They should stroll it to be honest, but there's 4 teams all vying for 2nd place IMO and one (Liverpool?) could well sneak the title.
