Gordons Cumming
prostak Another clear chance for them... This will get worse before it gets better. I still say there's a few positives to take from this, mind.

Like what?

Well, at the moment Long's position is looking pretty indefensible... And we've given a great day out to a set of fans who've been short on those recently...

FiNeRaIn Im saving my comments for full time- but we're looking at relegation with this team atm, lots of passing and fvck all end product, not to mention crap defence. I thought we were wearing southampton shirts for a minute.

Nothing at all to do with the fact that Newcastle are a quality team then?

Nope, not when you defend as poorly as that. Silly handball and LOL at nolan ( one of the slowest players on the pitch) being allowed to trot out wide, pick the ball up unmarked and pass it back for a cross to ameobi- terrible defending.

2.8 lita injection Gord lord, one of the worse strikers in the league scores 2 against us.

Have we had a shot on target yet ?

At this level Ameobi will be a right handful

Dont make the mistake of thinking some average performance (and some very good ones too I might add) in the Prem makes him a poor player

Before todays game i was looking forward to what this team can bring. I still think this team can do well in this division but its clear we need some urgent new players who are proven in the final third.

Long and Rosenior are the weak links in our team, not the 'kids' as everybody else seems to think

Yeah. Proper good. Went down last season and have since lost about 6 players. Second best by a long way at West Brom last week. I didn't think they'd go up before today's game, and I still don't.

PEARCEY
Ark Royal Lightweight and it is going to be a long season. Great second goal though. Pearce gave up on it.

He did. He does make too many lapses for my liking.

As did Tabb and Bertrand to start with by the way. It was only when Nolan had already covered 15 yards that they reacted

You're wasting your time mate, the morons don't want to know.

They are actually a quality team, not the total shambles who can't be bothered to play that was predicted by a lot of people.

Forget it and move on. Our big problem is we need to score a goal.

In a way I am glad I could not get a lift to the game in the end. We are so lightweight everytime we get the ball we either look to go back or get to final third then hand it back to them. Not rated Long ever and on his own he has no chance, seriously how can the manager and chairman not see selling players that were poor end of last season need to be replaced.

WE ARE HAVING ARE ARSE'S SPANKED HERE against a team everyone says are in a mess, think its us who are in a mess. We could easily of lost by 6.

Dear chairman can you please dip into some of the money our x prem stars got you and buy
1)A striker who can hold the ball
2)A winger who can beat a man and put a decent ball in.
3)And as much as I like Aussie number 1 a tall keeper who can command and boss his defence.

An awful day to be a Reading fan and I feel we may have some more to come this year.

P.S. not looking forward to tuesday now :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x
