Quite right. Good delivery from corners, all action. Proof that he isn't useless.

Just couldn't be arsed for his £30k a week at Reading.

Snowball The point about Hunt is not that his new team may be almost bottom of the Prem and might well be relegated

The point is he has scored two goals in two games, those games versus Chelsea and a resurgent Spurs.

So much for his being useless...

Ah but that doesn't tell the whole story really does it - the goal against Chelsea was a bit of luck that someone elses shot rebounded to him leaving him with an empty goal whilst the goal against Spurs was a cross that found it's way in - I have no idea how he actually played in the games so will make no comment there.

May just be proof that he was demotivated here and needed a new challenge. God knows, I've been in that same situation with jobs in the past where I'm compltely bored and demotivated and needed a change of scenery and challenge to be successful.

Doubling my money wouldn't have made the job and surroundings any more interesting or made me any more motivated - to move elsewhere was the only answer.

It also probably wouldn't have helped if every few weeks someone who stood to gain 15% of any income if I changed jobs was ringing me up and whispering "IBM want you, they're a much bigger company and they'll pay you a lot more...."

Still 2 in 2. Good players just get the goals, end of. Two more and that's a decent season's return for most wingers

My Hull contact is pleased with him - says "he'll be a real asset when he's fit".

Thaumagurist* WHY THE F**K HAS HE GONE TO BURNLEY?

I only found out about this before the Swansea game and was shocked.

Becuase they are in the Premiership, and he wants to stay in contension for the Cameroon squad and make the world cup / african nations cup, and that next olympics. He dosn't feel / has been told he won't get that playing in the championship, and who is to blame him?

'greed.

His delivery from corners and free-kicks up until around Christmas was excellent.

Then, in January, his agent told him about offers from other clubs that turned out to be non-existent - and the rest is history.
