Terminal Boardom But don't we have Shane Long? Isn't he a full Irish International? Isn't his goalscoring record second to everyone

I dont care who it is but Rodgers buy some-one up-front with a bit of devil in him and preferably capable of holding up the ball.
Do it next week please.
Thanks then.

IdealPEARCEY he has got to look at the formation, tactics and personnel
1) Rogers is the manager, he has a say in who gets sold, who gets brought in. We could have kept more of the experienced ones we sold.
2) Rogers is the manager, he can decide he wants to strengthen this and that part of the team. We have millions to spend, Madejski has never refused any of our managers money to spend. Many many years ago we spent ca. 1 million pounds on Carl Asaba FFS, I am 100% percent certain there are millions of pounds available for the joke of a manager to spend on players should he decide to. YET THE MORON CLAIMS HE WON'T BOTHER REPLACING JAMES HARPER IF HE IS SOLD.
3) Rogers is the manager, he selects who plays and who does not play. It is up to him to select the best 11 to start, and it is up to him to ensure they are sufficiently motivated. If those he selects does not perform, it is by definition ROGERS FAULT.
4) Rogers is the manager, he decides which tactic we should play. If the tactics are INEPT, HOPELESS, SCHOOLYARD tactics, then it is by definition HIS FAULT for PICKING THEM.
