My favourite game from that era has to be Burnley away in 93/94 when Mick Gooding scored. How did that go Ark???

Nick Shorey my Lord!
Gandalf Presley Oldham (A) 94-95; outplayed a team just recently relegated from the Prem. Osborn scoring ana amazing goal and it showed that we could cope in a higher division

The nutmeg and lob cracker.

You can tell I wore out the "Record breaking royals" video

More of a scoop, but a wonderful goal. Os did not get tap-ins. Remember the volley from outside the box against Charlton? IMHO one of the finest players ever to wear the hoops and definitely in my all-time XI.

Best ever attacking midfielder perhaps? That pass through to Nogan was absolutely perfectly judged...

It is a very long standing wind up with Ark that actually involved Mick Gooding. That Friday was one of the funniest nights of my life! The fact that Ark had already promised to go Christmas shopping RATHER than travel 200 miles + to Burnley is purely coincidental!

I was probably too young to fully appreciate Robin Friday so for me, the best player I saw in the hoops was Simon Osborn. He never gave the ball away and we were never as compact when he didn't play. I dont recall too many passes that went more than 10 yards. An absolutely brilliant player in an excellent team. As for the goals... the earlier comments do them justice. How much did he cost? £90,000.

Sonko's winner against Palace at home in the same season.
All 3 goals against Liverpool 07/08

I don't recall reading this one...

Reading 3-1 Chelsea
Chelsea 3-2 Reading

League Cup tie 87/88. Gilkes with 2 and Martin Hicks spanked in a free kick from about 4 miles out. The second leg was a bit special too what with rain of biblical proportions, a Gordon Durie hat-trick for the cheats and Colin Gordon with a brace that put us through 5-4 on agg.

Fed's equaliser against ScUMardiff was a good moment. Forster's winner in the play-offs is a stand out for me personally though.

Top work yet again Strap for uploading the Wolves game. I have bad memories of that day as that was literally the only home game I missed that season. Even went to all the Auto Windscreens sh*tty games or whatever they were called but missed this due to some Xmas shindig. Remember recording it and watching it when i'd got home though.

Incidentally, is it just me, or does one half of a rather famous HNA husband and wife duo appear at 9:24??

I remember going crazy on the southbank when Lambert scored "that" goal against Nottingham Forrest.

But for me it was probably defeating Bolton at home with Jimmy Quinn in goal the year (or two?) after Bolton were responsible for my most depressing moment as a Reading fan.

I was so happy I almost got myself into a fight with a bunch of very very angry and very very common and very very jobless northern troglodite scum for gloating at them incessantly and winding them up (yes I was young and immature) the same way they wound me us up as we walked away from Wembley.

Revenge is sweeeeeeeeeet.
