Who else have we got right wing? Because Kebe was shocking last match and deserves to be dropped, HRK or Antonio i'm thinking? Because Jobi still isn't 100% fit i don't think...

Tbh i couldn't care which 11 players he chooses as long as Kebe isnt in the squad

i assume that you don't know how to quote, and don't get the point of HNA? that we give our opinions.

Thank you for your advice......now i can only assume that you dont go to home games otherwise you would see how bad he is !

Kebe was terrible on Saturday, but LOL to anyone who thinks it is preferable to drop him and play without a proper winger. We tried this in 2007/8, getting shot of Seol and playing Rosenior/Fae/Marek, everyone one the wing, and we sunk. Plus, I think Cummings was equally to blame for Kebe's performance on Saturday: he consistently failed to release Kebe until it was too late, pretty much forcing Kebe to move inside leaving Cummings on his own. Kebe of course contributed to this by having poor movement at the early stage when Cummings had the ball. I would hope that Kelly and Kebe have a better understanding and I'd drop Cummings. I have no idea why Tabb got dropped. Hunt was totally ineffective - he needs support and we need width.

Add a commentRecommend CARDIFF City head east along the M4 on Wednesday to face a Reading team who have failed to win a Coca-Cola Championship match at the Madejski Stadium for eight months.

They drew 0-0 against Doncaster Rovers at home over the weekend and failed to score even though their £300,000 striker from Southampton, Grzegorz Rasiak, made his debut.

“I’ve only just become aware it’s been so long since we’ve won at home,” said Reading manager Brendan Rodgers.

Reading’s last league home win was 1-0 against Wolves in January and since then they have played 12 Championship matches at the Madejski, losing seven and drawing five.

One of those defeats was against Burnley in the play-offs to end their promotion hopes, a loss which led to manager Steve Coppell stepping down.

The Royals are now 17th in the Championship table, having handed full debuts to right-back Shaun Cummings, midfielder Brian Howard and centre-back Darren O’Dea, plus a first appearance from the substitutes bench for Rasiak.

O’Dea is now an injury doubt ahead of the Cardiff City game on Wednesday with a possible broken hand.
“The three guys who made their debuts were very, very good and as a group I was pleased with many aspects of today,” said Rodgers.

“I was pleased with the clean sheet and thought there were moments in the game where we bright and in the second half I thought we looked liked the team that would go on and get the win.”

Jones will almost certainly go with the same 18 players on duty against Newcastle. He may, though, be tempted to recall teenager Adam Matthews, who loves to get forward from full-back, and winger Kelvin Etuhu, who could be given his full debut.

Option 2, does not involve wingers. It is a very narrow midfield diamond with the full backs providing width. I'd say this might be a better option for a home game than the first option, although the flaw is obviously a difficulty in getting crosses into to two strikers who seem pretty suited to reciving the ball from wide.

We played the diamond when we were on top on Saturday and when we won against Barnsley.

It's the 4-3-3 he keeps needing to change.
