Royalee Rasiak and N Hunt are proven at this level, Church would have scored last night if it wasn't for a top notch save and Long scored double figures last season didn't he?

Nicky Forster was once proven at this level - doesn't mean he can do it now. Church should have scored - a bit more power on the shot and the keeper wouldn't have got a strong enough hand on it.

It's a bit different given that Forster relied on pace and is still several years older than Rasiak, who uses his strength and brain a lot more. I think you're being very harsh on Church tbf, he as at an angle and from the view I had I could see he'd struck it low and hard right inside the far post but the keeper just finger-tipped it wide.

Royalee Ian Royal, Deathy, Archie’s Penalty, The whole year inn - some of the main people bitching and moaning about what's going on at the club all on here as opposed to at the game during play last night taken from the match thread, LOL.

Mods, can you revoke their right to post shit if they post on here during play?

What are you talking about you senile young tart?

I've been virtually nothing but positive about the Cardiff game, am generally positive about the clubs chances this season. I've said many times we need to expect a slow hard start and Rodgers needs time to get his system and players working.

Just because I've said where I think Rodgers' has made mistakes and don't like his stupid meaningless sound bites and lack of restraint and respect when it comes to the media doesn't change any of that.

For the record I wasn't at the game, I was listening on the internet. It's not actually possible for me to make an midweek evening game without taking time off work and staying over in Reading because I run the very real risk of sleeping rough at Kings Cross if there are any delays in my journey back there on the way home. 170 mile round trip.

Were you there Mr judging without a clue? I take it I'll be seeing you in Peterborough?

Archie's penalty
Ian Royal Perhaps I was a bit harsh, but he does talk shite.

Indeed he does. Maybe though we were used to such honesty from Coppell that Brenda's blurtings seem so over the top.

I'm glad Copps took a break. Maybe he can come back with a fresh start once Rodgers has finished arsing up this season.

Nobody sleeps in Kings Cross Ian!

Royalee is on a crest of a wave at the moment...whatever the result...he cannot be wrong...until we muff up a decent winning streak..whenever that may come.

Let him enjoy his 15 minutes, whilst he is actually right...and he actually is

Meantime, the likes of me and you are always right, season in, season out (regardless of games attended).

How do you work that out? I thought there were 3 worse teams than us in the Premiership and Coppell was going to take us back up last season having learnt from his mistakes?

Royal With Cheese
Royalee So to the people who went, did we deserve to lose and would you make any changes to the team on Saturday hand on heart? Did we play badly last night? Were we better last night or in the Burnley playoff game?

Same result. If Coppell had still been the manager you would have been calling for his head.

He started it!

I I'm glad Copps took a break. Maybe he can come back with a fresh start once Rodgers has finished arsing up this season.

Posted on: "Rodgers' ramblings - a masterclass in talking ball" nothing to do with tactics, performance, results or team selection.

So the first two in relation to the shit Rodgers comes out with in the media, and nothing to do with his tactics, the third a flippant comment. I thought people might be bright enough to get it without an emoticon.

I The point is that at this early stage that is a sign of improvement and encouraging. If we carry on playing like that and still don't win the next 8 games, then we start to worry. Not after 1 performance.

Likewise if we are clueless in the next 8 games then clearly we're looking at trouble

My first post on Back from the Game - 8 pages in.
Agreed with very strongly by someone at the game.

I So a win tomorrow could catipult us to 12th, whereas a loss of 2 goals or more may see us drop one place to 19th. Draw equals no change for now.
I can certainly live with that.
Pre match comments on the Match Thread.

I Sounded better (or at least as good) tonight than any other game I've listened to or been to, just not getting that final ball to run for us, or those shots in quite the right place.

I Agree with JMW and Rother.

We sounded massively better than against Doncaster. 6 on target, 7 off target. 12 corners. when you're not doing well sometimes it just won't quite go right. Another night we could have slaughtered them with crosses finding their men and shots being slightly more accurate.

Beaten by a snatch and grab goal against the run of play.

The important thing is the performance was better, and that result will certainly have fired up the players. Gutting. We desperately need to stick with the same 11 and formation for two or three games though. This chopping and changing is stupid. Rodgers is acting like a clueless FM player making panic changes all the time. Continutity is often the key.

Looking forward to P'boro much more now. A win there and we're still easily on track for the season anyone with half a brain expected. A slow start and mid-table finish.

During and post match comments on the Match Thread

So do I get an apology and an admission that you're a 'tard yet Royalee?

No, all that confirms is that you yourself can't even decide what you're on about having been 'encouraged' but at the same time convinced that 'Rodgers is a*sing up' and implying you want Coppell back. Which is it to be Ian? Do you want me to write all your opinions down for you so you can stick to them instead of trying to have it both ways?

I love being singled out by Royalee. Thanks for caring mate!

And I have no problem with the way we are playing.

All I said is 1) Rodgers talks shite (and he does).

and 2) I am not as bothered as I was (which I'm not).

I think that is that really,
