yuomi how has pearce ghosted into this captaincy/homegrown john terry role when he is devoid of any sort of footballing mind/ability/talent/leadership?

hes a useless lanky streak of piss if ever i saw one. and lets stop calling these guttersnipes kids. theyre not oxf*rd kids. theyre in the their 20s. supposedly at or approacing the pinnacles of their careers. which at this rate looks to be league 1 football.

oh, except rasiak. who is def not a kid. his status as a championship striker remains in question.

I agree about Pearce. He's sh*te. Still like Karacan and Sigi.

winchester_royal It's not Rodgers' fault. He put players out there who should have won. We play them off the park in the 1st half, and as soon as we need to fight for it we go missing.

In all seriousness, this has all the hallmarks of a relegation season.

SORT IT OUT BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

No it's not! Madejski has left him with a turd and expects him to polish it into a diamond!

If Rodgers performs a miracle and succeeds - ducks*arse will sell it!

I wonder if the half time team talk included a warning that boro would throw everything at us after the break. This is not a good result at all. By the sounds, we dominated 1st half but didn't turn up for the 2nd. Looks like a Milletts season brewing.

Royal Lady Just a warning that Schards and son of RL are at this game, expect a diatribe of expletives on his return.

You should have brought him up better then.

Without being there it's difficult to say what happened in the second half, but a lot of the time I heard "Gunarsson beaten to the ball" and "Pearce turned by this man".

I'm sure it did. But this group of players don't have a solid enough spine. Gunnar is too slow. Pearce is a joke at the back, and Fed does not fill the defence with confidence.

It'll come good eventually, but it's looking bleak atm.

LOLz - obviously it's Schards who will be venting his spleen. Son of RL will probably just do a teenage shrug.

Pearce must be the slowest 20 year old I have ever seen. He has the turning circle of a bus.

And next week we have the prospect of 4,000 plus Watford fans giving it large.
