Who is the guy who is consistently speaking in a posh accent asking tim and mick for their views? Johnny something?

He is getting quite annoying now, the guy knows nothing about football and reals off the same old cliches. Message to you...shut up and let mick gooding do the talking, we don't want to hear your opinions and we can barely put up with tim dellors at times ( although he's not been too bad recently). Stick to stating facts and introducing interviews and pundits please. At times it feels like getting a 7 year old in and asking them for their views would be more productive.

The upper class droning on about nothing is becoming tiresome.

He's trying to make a conversation - part of which will involve asking seemingly dimwit questions (its called journalism) - as presumably no Reading fans want to call the program and give their thoughts.

If they do want to call then shame on the BBC for not going to air with them - but then no doubt people would moan about that as well.

Its Jonny Saunders. He used to do the sports news on Chris Evans drivetime show (not that i used to listen to CE all that often), and, i think, started out on 5Live.

Still seems odd hearing him on BBCRB! Not that that has been any time recently...

He still does Radio5Live and Radio 2 etc.... you catch him on the Steve Wright 4pm sports bulletin fairly regularly

It's his job to ask questions of the hosts, even if he does know the answer. Because chances are, someone in the audience doesn't.
