PEARCEY I don't think we should criticise too much. Preston were third in the table and unbeaten at home. An excellent result.
Lets hope the winless home run ends on Saturday. If it does things will be looking up.
Of course, superb result. And I'm willing to bet it was partly our performance that forced them into being so apparently crap in the first half.
But it is a worrying trend that we have totally lost control of the last three games in the 2nd half when we have dominated (if marginally) in the 1st half. You could possibly add Cardiff to that list and make it four, although I'd not want to say for sure as I wasn't there and can't remember the reports in enough details.
Cautious optimism is required for the time being. Plenty still not right to worry about yet.
