royal_ali Yet another crap second half performance.

WHat was the point in buying Howard hes doing less then what harper was.

How much did he cost? He has 10 games, 0 goals and 0 assists this season.

maybe sheffield told him to go screw us over and theres always a place back with them. hes a joke. Bring harps back from loan

To be fair he played well at Preston and he's far from the only one who by the sound of things has played poor today.

Sounds like our worst display of the season. I was worried that Tuesday might have taken a lot out of us and it seems I was right to be.

I never expect us to get a result. I go to games just to watch good football, and support my club. A win is a bonus. The result doesn't even touch the sides, mate. We lose - oh well. Life sucks.

Rodgers has some funny ideas. As I said, I like him, but the only points we've got this season are with a crabby 4-5-1, and the points we have at this stage x4 = possible relegation.

DO YOU SEE?

I see us gradually improving, if not under Rodgers, then under a replacement come January. Give the situation it's impossible to judge where we'll finish right now.

Gradually.

At least Harps played with his heart and gave everything showed a little passion. We`ve lost all that without murts and harps.
Should never of bought howard from United if they didnt want him then what made us think he was good enough to play for us

Jonny Fordham: FULL TIME

Reading 0 Boro 2

That's it. What a rubbish game that was. All the good work at Preston is thrown away, Reading were woeful. They didn't turn up at all and never got going.

Agreed, although it did remind me of Dr Statham, so it's not all bad.

My initial thought when we signed howard was that he was ok but would rather have kept harper...
Disappointing result today, didnt expect a win but thought we'd get something... With all these ex royals or players on loan scoring or setting up goals today on top of our result it feels like someone somewhere has been laughing at us!

Ian - why did BBRB then say that our first shot on target was in the 90th minute from NHunt?!?

Sorry 4-5-1 at home is a total nonsense. Manager scared of losing.

In fact 4-2-3-1 is even MORE defensive than 4-5-1. 2 holding midfielders protecting the back four FFS!?!?!?

The playerts haven;t a clue what they are supposed to be doing. This is Bullivant and Burns all over again. Were you around in those days? It was DIRE!!!

great 442 we had there. looked more like 4 2 and then 1 in the middle 1 on the right wing and 2 up front. we were lopsided and completely ineffective. rodgers is a numpty. but if he keeps us up i'll be happy.

completely agree with strap. was no system.
