What the f@ck is he on? The reason why we are so bad is because he is not honest enough to admit that his squad is not good enough for this division. His transfer dealings have failed and he should be brave enough to admit it.
He is not only symptomatic of the current dishonesty that grips the Clubs management he is the only one who can do anything about it. He should have the b@ll@cks to say to JM and his lap-poodle Hammond that this Club is going to fall out of the Division unless you give me proper transfer funding.
My bigggest fear is not that Reading will be at the bottom of the Division moost of the season; this most of us are already resigned to.
My biggest worry is that the Clubs management don't give a toss. JM says he wants to go back to the PL but he is not being totally candid. Let's face it; if he wanted promotion seriously he sould have appointed a manager that was capable.
I don't know what table Rodgers thinks we could be on top of but it's looking like the one in my kitchen rather than anything to do with football.

We don't have the greatest squad in our history but a decent manager would get them playing with some fire in their bellies which would, at least, give us some hope for the future.
