The last 3 games we've not even competed, so as I see it we're actually getting worse. It looks as if the manager has lost the players and although the players are oxf*rd for doing this, as they should play for the club, it's innevitable that when this happens the manager must go.

I read that Rodgers has said he "can't watch much more of that", well unlike him we fecking pay to watch it, so how does he think we feel at the moment? I don't understand why managers get compensation when they're sacked. Whenever I get a new job I sign a contract, saying that I persistently perform poorly they will go through the disciplinary procedure before sacking me. I know these contracts are different because they don't involve time periods and require notice from me to leave etc. They're effectively rolling. If somebody gets made redundant they get compensation related to various factors. When somebody gets sacked for poor performance, they don't.

Why should football managers, who are already over paid and wealthy enough, get a massive pay off for being crap at their job? It made my blood boil when McLaren took millions of the tax payers' money for doing a shit job with England. The money we give the club for our tickets should not go to Rodgers for the same reason. The systems is ridiculous.

Unfortunately that's the way it is, and things will have to get worse before Madejski acts.
