FerrisThaumagurist*Ferris Why would he have been in the away end?
Because that was the direction the spanner came from!
Well then I think you just answered your own question...
But you claimed that a Reading fan threw it!

Exactly, so he must have been in the away end as you suggested.

Thaumagurist* I doubt a Reading fan would be in the away section along with the Millwall numbskulls. Which leads me to think it was actually a Millwall numbskull throwing it.

facaldaqui For me, the really dreadful defender during our Bullivant slump was Swales. He used to usher the opponents through like he was conducting traffic.

From Despair To Where? Rodgers inherited a half decent squad, let better players walk away to rival teams,

Why do people continue to write bollocks. There are many sticks you could beat Rodgers with, but that isn't one of them.

So something you have a contrary opinion to is automatically bollocks? Righty-ho.

Harpers So Solid Crew All we need now is some of the players isolated from the squad and training with the yoofs.
Wasn't that what Burns did with lambert and an other??

Ian Royal2 world wars, 1 world cup After one game in the record-breaking season, Coppell's record was W 0 D 0 L 1 = 100% defeat.
No better than Rodgers.
Therefore Coppell = Rodgers.
Pure fact.
The point is going by the first 14 games of anyone's tenure is pointless.
I won't even begin to judge Rodgers until half a season has passed. Even though I'm itching to say a big fat "told you so" to all the BR lovers who wanted him him, I can't until he's presided over enough games. 14 games is simply not going to provide a fair reflection.
One game =/= statistically significant sample
13 games = statistically significant sample. It is 28% of the season. Shit effort.
Opening 13 game Tier 2 points totals:
Rodgers - 10
Coppell's - 26, 30, 24.
Steve & Alan's - 21
Pardew's - 20
Bullivant's - 13
Jim & Mick's - 15, 14
McGhee's - 24

Name me one scientist or statistician worth his salt who considers n=13 to be "statistically significant".
