I think we should be going for someone a bit more experienced than an italian youngster

I can't see Rodgers going to JM and asking for money to bring in some youngster to be honest....

Looks just like you'd imagine he would.

Technically very good, looks great in youtube clips against other kids.

Too small and lightweight to have any impact at the moment at this level...

Rodgers got this in so as to manage expectations on the loanee front! .......................i guess this process gives Hammond a job of sorts, sounds like bureaucratic overkill to me ...why the hell cant Rodgers talk to Egoman Caesar about his targets???

“There are always constraints financially, though, and it’s something that needs managing,” added Rodgers.

“I will always identify the type of player that I want and then I will sit and speak with (director of football) Nick Hammond and he will speak with the board in relation to that

“I have a good relationship with the chairman.

“We speak during the week and the lines of communication are clear and open.

“If there’s a player I need or want then I will go to Nick and we work from there.”

Yeah he looks a good player. But the level he's playing at their is youth and reserve.

Good prospect though.

The Bodger has clearly been at Championship Manager again.

Oh well, at leaast we only have to endure this over-grown adolescent for another 2 games. Just have to hope we're not bottom of the divisdion when he finally does the decent thing.

HNA in game of Chinese Whispers shocker.

EP speculates that "Rodgers could make use of his strong contacts at Chelsea with a move for promising young striker Fabio Borini" and within a dozen posts BR's a dick for going for the player - priceless!

Surely we just want to sign an experienced striker, who can score (sorry Gregor)!

Is Robbie Fowler free?

I'd look to raid one of; Wolves, Stoke, Hull etc.

What happened to Forsell?

Barnard from Southend? With view to a permanent move in January?
Simeon Jackson? Jordan Rhodes? Any Premiership reserves?
