Blue Biscuit My mate, an Ipswich season ticket holder, reckons Liam Rosenior is doing ok. Anyone know if he is allowed to play against us next weekend..?

"Rosenior Can Face Reading
Mon 02nd Nov 2009 11:13
Town have confirmed that full-back Liam Rosenior can face his parent club Reading when the Blues travel to the Madejski Stadium on Saturday.

Rosenior joined the Blues from the Royals on a season-long loan in August and the terms of that agreement allow the 25-year-old to take on his other team-mates at the weekend."

Great. I guess this'll be one of his 1in 4's. Why did we say he could play???

Surely Rosenior shouldn't play!

Common sense would dictate that when a player went out on loan he would not be allowed to play against the team he was on loan from; therefore, he should not play against us. I would have expected that to be a clause in the deal.

But with this club at the moment managerial common sense would appear to be lacking!!!

If he plays he is bound to have the best game of his season so far and score the only goal (I do hope I am wrong).

I hope that our Team (and the manager) is finally getting it together and we begin our march to mid-table mediocrity this season; only to spring forth and possibly make the play-offs next season.

Live in hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ian Royal I'd like to see Karacan come in to give us a little more bite and resistence in midfield personally.

But I'd be happy to see an unchanged team as well. One change is definitely the max.

I'd drop Pearce, other than that I certainly wouldn't change the midfield, as we have at least starting to create some chances in the last 2 games.

I wouldn't, we've conceeded the fewest goals with him in the team. I think he's a better captain than Ivar personally. If I was to drop a defender it would be the Iceman.
